adobe photoshop cs2 vista 5308

I can't install PS CS2 on Vista 2308, it installig and brake on the 99% and roll back process.
Any suggestions?

I had a similar problem with a fully updated WINXP SP2 setup.
Reinstalled winxp sp2 with no futher updates, installed CS2 and only update XP with the security updates. Work OK then. I think it was something to do with the updated media player
